About Chris

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Honours Psychology at the University of Windsor and have completed my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I am currently a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). During my undergraduate studies, I gained experience working with children with autism through applied behaviour analysis (ABA), and I continue to work in this field. I have also been involved in a variety of community-based roles across the Windsor–Essex region, with a focus on growth, wellbeing, and mental health.

These experiences have strengthened my commitment to supporting individuals as they navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change. In my current supervised practice, I work with adults presenting with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, and stress. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel understood. My clinical approach is flexible and client-centred, emphasizing the application of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks guided by clients’ presenting concerns, treatment goals, and clinical formulation.

My professional goal is to continue gaining experience working with a diverse range of clients while deepening my understanding of therapeutic approaches and strengthening my clinical skills. I am committed to ongoing learning, supervision, and reflective practice to support ethical, effective, and meaningful psychotherapy work.
