What to expect
1. Get in touch
Fill out the form below, call us at 519-419-1792, or email contact@therapyemail.com. Let us know a little about what you're looking for and we'll get back to you within one to two business days.
2. We'll match you with a therapist
Our team will suggest a therapist whose experience and approach are a good fit for your needs. You're welcome to browse our team page ahead of time if you'd like to request someone specific.
3. Your first session
Your initial appointment is a chance for you and your therapist to get to know each other. You'll talk about what brought you in, what you're hoping to work on, and what therapy might look like going forward. There's no pressure to commit — this session is about finding the right fit.
4. Ongoing support
If it feels right for both of you, your therapist will work with you to build a personalized treatment plan. Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, and the pace is always guided by what works best for you.
